Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received it.
We aim to regularly update our online store with new products, as they arrive, however there may sometimes be a short delay in this process. If you are shopping online and cannot find what you are looking for please contact us
as we may have it in our Esperance retail store or we may be able to order it in for you.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is currently out of stock, we will include an Out of Stock slip in your package. This gives you the option to email us if you would like us to backorder the item.
